4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Some promotions may include free shipping depending on your order total and location.

5. Tracking Information

After your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to local customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Pet Vibe Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

Email us at info@petvibeboutique.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

8. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.
